General sales conditions

The orders submitted through our on-line wholesale interface are conditional to the acceptance of our business terms.

The minimum order value is 1.200€, maximum value 5.000€. There is no minimum unit per item.

The purchases made through mean the acceptance of the General Sale Conditions.

Products and Prices policy

Our net prices are EXW Madrid and valid while stocks last.

Freight will be added at processing the purchase.

The availability of the items should be constantly updated online.

In case of discrepancies due to stock rupture, we shall immediately inform the customers for his new approval of the order contempt.

All goods that is offered on-line is available. The orders are due for preparation and posterior expedition immediately after the payment is processed. 

Product catalog

The customer will access the product’s catalog offer by with his login and password.

Price of each product is per unit, without VAT (or any tax). It doesn’t include the transport cost or any other additional cost.

Product recording updates its references and prices daily. However, the prices indicated are indicative, since the binding prices will be those established at the time the order is considered final, as described in point 8. 

The computer application for processing Orders will indicate the stock availability of each requested reference, at the time of order recording.

The deliveries are processed the following working day after the purchase's reception.

Delivery time for Spain and Portugal is 72hours approx. (12-15 working days for Canary Islands).

Delivery time for the rest of EU countries is 3-4 working days approx.

This period may be altered by a fortuitous event or force majeure event and may delay the delivery due to causes beyond the control and management of 

Bank holidays in Madrid must be taken into account as the delivery of products is concerned because our logistics platform is centralized in Madrid. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. In case of delay, the CUSTOMER will have to contact the carrier, using the tracking number earlier automatically provided.

Customer's identification

You can enrol on the main page by submitting the required details. After your application has been received, it will be processed internally.

Your login details will be approved and the access to your user account will be activated.

Customers must be VAT registered.

The recurrent customer can use his/her password to avoid filling forms previous to shopping. This password is considered strictly confidential and personal and should not be disclosed or divulged to anyone. In case that a customer forgets or loses its password, it must use the appropriate link to access the website.

To facilitate the customer identification, it is necessary to provide simultaneously a password and an email address, authorizing in this way to to register in your system a file called "cookie" whose sole purpose is to facilitate such identification.

Order cancellation

Le traitement des commandes étant automatique, une annulation n'est pas possible après validation.  

S'il y a quelques articles non disponibles du côté du fournisseur, ceci ne sera pas considéré comme raison ou motif d'annulation complète de la commande une fois passée.

Si une instruction spéciale pour une annulation partielle ou totale est envoyée à , des frais de 30EUR par commande seront retenus.

Claim and returns

Despite our strict quality control, for reasons beyond our control, the customer might receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shabby. 

In case of defective product, the seller shall proceed with the refund of the product, without any additional fee the customer if the customer mentioned the incidence in due time.

The customer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 48 hours after the delivery and must deliver the products in their original packaging.


Returns: on reception of the products in our warehouse, and once verified that the return conditions are met, we will raise the corresponding credit note and send it by email.

The customer can deduce the amount of this credit note in the next order, only if payment is made by bank transfer.

Refunds: If accept to refunds a part or the totality of a damaged/missing item, the payment will be made on the same account and credit card the customers used to order.


In all phases of website access, query, form filling, ordering, delivery or any other service, will not assume any responsibility for damages or impairments resulting from the use of Internet. will not assume any responsibility in case of failure in the provision of service, external intrusion or computer virus.
